50-Day Law Of Attraction Rice Experiment

You’ve probably heard that you attract things via law of attraction and that your words, thoughts and emotions carry a frequency. This frequency affects you and what happens in your experience. So, you may be wondering just how powerful are these frequencies and how do they affect your body, mind and circumstances?

I found this cool law of attraction rice experiment on Facebook which is as a follow up to Emoto’s water experiment. He basically did the same experiment with water; this is really a twist on his work.

I wanted to do a law of attraction experiment as proof that our thoughts, words and energy create our experience. It can be difficult to know if this universal law is true without being consciously aware all the time of what is going on with your energy and what happens in your experience. It is hard to find proof without constantly monitoring the connection between your thoughts and feelings with your reality.

I was so excited to try out this law of attraction rice experiment and give a little bit of proof to myself and others that our energy is creating our experience. I had some pretty amazing results and even surprised myself with what happened!

The 50-Day Law of Attraction Rice Experiment

The experiment was to cook rice and put equal amounts in 3 mason jars. Label one jar ‘ignore’, the other one ‘hate’ and the other one ‘love’. Using only words, treat each jar different by the particular word that it had on it.

Place the jars in the same area (but not touching) and do not open any of them. All the rice was cooked at the same time and divided up equally, so they all started on equal ground.

This experiment was really to show how words and energy carry a frequency and how they affect the rice differently. You’ve probably heard that words and intentions are energy (like everything) but it’s really hard to know if that is true without proof.

The experiment was supposed to be for 30 days, but I wanted to go longer to really give it time to absorb the words and energy.

The Rice Experiment

The ‘Ignore’ Rice

This one was easy; I simply ignored the rice for the 50 days and didn’t do anything to it. I just left it alone.

The ‘Hate’ Rice

It was really difficult to do this one as I didn’t want to say hateful words to the rice because I wasn’t feeling that way and didn’t want the words to affect my own vibration. But, after a couple days it became easier.

I spoke things such as:

I hate you
You should go kill yourself
You are horrible
You are disgusting
You are worthless

Most of the words I spoke silently and just held the rice as I said them. It was too difficult to say the harsh words out loud. I felt very uneasy after speaking to this rice as the words don’t carry a high vibration and don’t make me feel good (even if I was just saying them to rice).

The ‘Love’ Rice

I enjoyed speaking to this one because I felt so good when I did.

I spoke things such as:

I love you
You are amazing
You are beautiful
You are perfect
Thank you for being in my life
You are creative
You are wonderful
I appreciate you

I held the rice close as I did so it would really pick up on the love energy. I felt very good and happy when I was done speaking to this rice.

The Results - 50-Day Law of Attraction Rice Experiment

‘Ignore’ Rice Results

This rice had a tiny bit of mold on the lid and smelt bad. I noticed the smell right away and it wasn’t pleasant.

‘Hate’ Rice Results

This rice had mold in it and had quite a bit of mold in the lid of the jar.

The rice also smelt horrible! It was so gross; I could barely leave the lid off to even take a picture of it. I smelt like dirty, wet feet and stunk up my whole room! It was very noticeable that this rice had some damage done to it.

‘Love’ Rice Results

This rice didn’t have any mold or smell at all. It looked the same as when I cooked it and had no distinct smell. It thrived after 50 days of not being refrigerated.

What I Learnt From this Law of Attraction Rice Experiment - Words Carry a Vibration and Affect Us

This law of attraction rice experiment proved to me that words do affect how we feel, how our bodies react and how our experience is affected by energy. If you are ignoring yourself then you’ll probably have some in-between results.

If you are hating yourself, then you will begin to deteriorate. Your physical and emotional state will break down (just as the rice did). This is also true if you are saying hateful words to another, they will begin to feel the affects of it.

If you love yourself and speak loving words to yourself then you will thrive in your circumstances. This is true of another, if you speak kind words to another then they will thrive and feel good.

Law of Attraction Rice Experiment - Proof That Positive Affirmations Help You

This really proved that positive affirmations do alter our bodies and our environment. I never used to do affirmations before this experiment but since doing this, I have committed to saying them every morning and every night. I invite you to try saying positive affirmations every day as well.

Bottom Line: Law of Attraction Rice Experiment - How Words Affect Us

As you can see, words definitely play a part in how we show up in the world and how we feel.

Could you imagine speaking harsh words to yourself and others all the time? Your body and soul would begin to deteriorate and break down just as the rice did. It would begin to develop mold and would not thrive.

Now, can you imagine how magnificent your body and soul would be if you spoke loving words to yourself and others. You’d thrive and stay strong in the way you are supposed to. You’d literally be able to change your body to one that supports you and is strong and healthy.

This law of attraction rice experiment really showed us what happens physically by saying different words, but it didn’t even touch on what happens mentally and emotionally. I can only guess that the same thing would happen to your emotional body as your physical body as they are both connected. If you are loving, then your mental body would thrive and if you aren’t then it would begin to break down.

This is a powerful law of attraction experiment and I invite you to try it for yourself! It is really quite amazing when you can see firsthand how your words can transform the things around you.
