  1. I love this post. From first-hand experience, I can tell that the times where I wasn’t doing affirmations were also the times where my life wasn’t improving but rather getting worse. Now I thankfully do them every morning and every evening right around sleep and it makes all the difference in raising your vibration, growing as a person, changing your life, and feeling amazing. The 4 techniques here are so powerful, especially when you combine some of them into 1 ritual.

    I once heard someone say “If you say a lie often enough, you will start to believe it.” And couple that with what William James said: “Believe and your belief will create the fact”. Affirmations are truly powerful.

      I love that you do affirmations before bed also because that is a great way to get them deep into your subconscious before you sleep.

      So true, telling yourself something enough times will make you believe it 🙌
