How I Manifested $10,000 & A Hug With The Law Of Attraction

I have talked about the Law of Attraction before and I certainly believe in it. But I never used to pay attention to how things were actually manifesting in my experience and I didn’t put much effort into deliberately trying to manifest that which I wanted with thought. I used to try to manifest things and experiences with action but left out the most important pieces – thoughts, emotions, and visualization. 

I noticed evidence of the Law of Attraction working when I was in a good or bad mood. Good things happened during the times I was happy and when I wasn’t in a great mood my days didn’t go as smooth. My actions weren’t getting me anywhere and I knew I had to step up my game and try a different approach.

I’d never really mastered deliberately creating things. To be honest, I never tried for more than 1-2 days.  

I thought I was giving it enough time, but it wasn’t enough to bring about what I wanted so I wouldn’t see instant results and that left me frustrated. I wanted things to happen NOW.

I’d quit visualizing and trying to get the feeling that I needed to manifest what I wanted. It is so easy to let our outside circumstances dictate how we feel instead of choosing how we want to feel and therefore manifesting what we want.

How I Manifested $10,000 & a Hug with the Law of Attraction

1. One Secret is That There Is No One Secret

I watched a video on Facebook about a lady explaining basically the same things as I was doing. She was saying how she worked hard with her actions and didn’t get any results.  She read the Secret cover to cover and followed it exactly as it was written. But she had no results.

The Secret is a great book, however, words don’t teach, only actions teach. So, in order to really believe in what you are doing, you need to see actual evidence from your own actions, not just take someone else’s word with no proof.

This lady was saying how her boss was always chill and didn’t work too hard and had a ton of money and success. So how come she couldn’t do it? Her boss had given her the book, the Secret as it worked for her.

Anyways after this 40-minute video, she did not share the “one secret” she was missing from the Law of Attraction. You had to purchase her coaching program. I thought “I would purchase it if it actually worked, but I know there can’t be just one secret”. There has to be more to it than this. What am I missing?

2. I Researched to Find a Way to Attract Money

I had listened and read tons of Law of Attraction articles in the past but for some reason, I was missing a piece. I realized that I was still working too hard with my actions and not relaxing enough. I was still trying to do most of the work through my actions even if it didn’t feel good.

Don’t get me wrong, you need action, but there is a time and place when your actions will work so much better for you after you have vibrationally done the work first.

Inspired action is the key. Inspired action will help you achieve what you want so much faster than struggling with your actions. You may think that you don’t know the difference. The difference is in how they feel.

Inspired action feels good and like the next logical step.  It doesn’t feel like work, it feels fun and exciting. Struggling action feels like tension, hard work, and pushing against what you want.

I remember what Abraham Hicks said, “you should do less action and more visualization”. This does not mean doing no action. But it does mean to do inspired action. This is an action that you want to do and that is fun. But you sometimes need to visualize and get into the correct vibration. There were a couple of other great videos I saw also from other ladies who re-ignited the fact that I can do or be or have anything I want but I needed to believe more.

3. I Took Action & It Felt Good

I took little pieces of information from everyone and combined them into a plan that I felt would work best for me. You see, everyone is at different vibrations and has different beliefs so some things may work for some people and other things will work better for others. Sometimes you need to experiment with different ways to find the best fit for you.

4. I Chilled Out

I didn’t freak out when I didn’t have a chance to write on my blog as I knew that visualization would benefit me more than action would at this time. I didn’t stress about the action I wasn’t taking as I now completely understood the concept of the Law of Attraction starts in your mind.

5. I Visualized

I’d spend about 10-15 minutes 3 times a day visualizing what I wanted. I kept visualizing as long as it felt good. Once my ego crept in and it didn’t feel good, I’d stop immediately. I put emotion behind the visualizations and I really saw myself in that role. I’d play it over and over in my head. It felt so good that I actually stopped caring if I got it!

6. I Wrote it Down & Read it Out Loud

I also wrote on a piece of paper exactly what I wanted and I’d read it out loud 10 times over every morning and night. For example, I’d write that I make $10,000 a month.  Each time I said it I’d really feel the emotion behind it. I’d tell myself it was easy. I’ve made $10,000/month before so I knew I could again. It didn’t feel unachievable to me. It felt like it could very well happen. I wrote it in the present tense, not future or past.

Throughout the day I remembered to be happy. I’d listen to music because it always raises my mood. I’d do things that felt good like CrossFit. Physical activity always puts me in a better mood. Our bodies love movement. I’d constantly tell myself how happy I was and that I have everything I need. I was in a pretty high vibration and it felt true.

7. I Let it Go

I made a point to detach from the outcome as much as possible therefore letting go of ‘how’ it would happen. I knew I’d get $10,000 and the hug I wanted in some way if I didn’t push and try to make anything happen. I took action when it felt good and let go of the need to force anything to happen. I basically let go of the outcome.

How I Manifested the Hug

This one happened first for me. Not because it was easier to get but because I wanted it more and I found it a lot easier to visualize than the money. I put a ton of emotion behind it.

I got the hug from the specific person that I wanted it from. During my visualizations I was very specific in who I was getting it from, it wasn’t some random person. Let me be clear that I do not get hugs from this person on a regular basis. I have only got one hug from this person before this experiment. I did not hug them, they hugged me at a completely random time that I didn’t expect it. Later I said to myself “I did that”. It all started in my mind.

It was funny because I visualized like crazy for a couple of weeks and it didn’t happen. So, I completely let it go. 

It wasn’t until I let it go that a couple of weeks later it happened. It did not happen when I thought it would but until I let it go.

I had done enough visualization to bring it into my life and when I didn’t care if I got it that’s when it happened. After pretty much giving up on it and a ton of visualization is when it happened. I even managed to get two hugs in one week from this particular person and then another one a month later. 

How I Manifested $10,000

About a month and a half before this time I had quit my job and I was at the point where I had negative $1,500 in my bank account, cashed in my RRSP’s, and cleaned out my savings account. Buying a cup of coffee wasn’t even a possibility for me at this time as I was that desperate for money.

I knew that I would be able to create the money I needed to pay my rent and all my bills as I had no other choice but to make it work somehow. I knew that the universe would deliver the money to me the moment I needed it and not a second sooner. That is exactly what happened.

During this time of being completely broke and not knowing how I’d pay any of my bills or rent, I felt abundant. I’d convince myself I was abundant. Even though I didn’t know how I was going to pay rent next month I knew that I had everything I needed at that moment. I wasn’t on the street and I had food and water.

I spent a lot of time visualizing money flowing into my life from unexpected sources and the universe flowing money to me. It felt really good to think about it.

I got an inspired idea to go visit with the company I used to work for. I went in there to chat with my old co-workers. While I was there my old boss got an idea to see if they needed a project administrator for this field project they were doing. So, he made the phone call while I was in there. The only action I took was to ask if they had any big projects coming up and that’s how he got the idea to see if they needed the project administrator.

Monday, they called me to see if I wanted the job. I called back within the hour and apparently, they offered it to someone else who also accepted it. I was out of luck. It didn’t rattle me, not even a little bit. I knew I’d get the money in some way; I just didn’t know-how. But I still knew that $10,000 would be mine. 2 days later I got a call that the other girl backed out and the position was mine if I wanted it. I accepted it and I gross over $10,000/month.

I received the $10,000 I was wanting from an unexpected source.  One thing I didn’t do was to specify how I wanted it delivered, I just believed that my higher self knew the best way for me to get it. This experience gave me complete faith that I can create ANYTHING I want.

What I Learned from Manifesting $10,000 & a Hug with the Law of Attraction

• I can create anything I want. With a little bit of visualization and faith, anything is possible.
• I need to be more specific with WHAT I want to create but not HOW I want it to happen. The Universe knows the best way for something to happen for you, but you do need to be specific with the what. I did not specify if I wanted my $10,000 to be net or gross pay. It was gross pay, so taxes were taken off. Also, the how was different than I envisioned.
• The more emotion you put into your visualizations the quicker they will happen. I wanted the hug more and I really felt it when I visualized it and it happened a lot sooner. I didn’t put as much emotion into the money until I really needed it so it didn’t happen as fast as I would have liked it to.
• Don’t be too attached to the outcome. I didn’t get the hug until I let it go. I had done all the preparation of visualizing and once I gave up on it, I got it. Also, I wasn’t too attached to the ‘how’ I’d make $10,000. It showed up in the easiest, most convenient way for me.
• You have to feel what you want. I felt abundant & I convinced myself I was. If I can do that at a time where I couldn’t even buy a cup of coffee and had no idea how I’d pay rent, then so can you. I also felt exactly what it would feel like to hug this person. I felt it many times before it happened in my reality.
